The SPA is very good decorated. My only concern is that the person who did my massage spoke all the time. I was able to relax but during a massage, normally, we need silence.

Raj was professional and made you feel at ease. The peppermint sea twist scrub was heavenly, the aroma filled the room and made it even more enjoyable. I definitely felt like I trimmed down after that treatment! The European deep facial was rejuvenating. Please note, the extractions are not for the faint at heart. They can hurt! My face is just glowing days after! Don’t pass this place up, it is truly a gem!

I think the Peppermint Sea Twist was a wise decision and I highly recommend it for anyone with dry skin and looking for an escape from the damaging effects of the winter cold. I think the experience was even more relaxing and rejuvenating because I felt like I was far away on some exotic island. Surrounded by the amazing scent of lemon grass, warm staff and a beautiful inviting interior, I now know why they call it ‘Hyde Away’ Boutique Spa. Really, the attention to detail is overwhelming- from the filters on the shower heads to the staff who cater the treatment to your needs, suggestions and skin type. I’ve always had a problem with sensitive, dry skin but I found the professional and friendly staff to be extremely knowledgeable and I thank them for directing me to an organic product line I’ve heard about in Europe. Thank you!!! It’s been over a week and my skin feels fresh and hydrated, and there is no way anyone can convince me now from using anything but the organic Jurlique line they carry. I’ve had a great experience, and would like to take the opportunity to recommend it to anyone looking for anything beyond ordinary, or simply for that truly organic escape from reality.

My wife and I decided to give ourselves a spontaneous gift by spending a day with each other. Boy did we make the right choice. What a darling place! Quiet and hidden away this little oasis is tucked away in the middle of the city. Hydeaway is the place to relax and bask in comfortable atmosphere while being treated like a king and queen for a day! The Paraffin Pedicure is a must for feeling totally pampered. This is easily the finest spa I have been to in the Toronto area and recommend highly to anyone seeking a break from the everyday.

HydeAway Spa is small but nice. I had the European Deep Cleansing Spa which was nice, a little painful when it came to getting rid of the black heads but that is to be expected. My face felt good after but I do not necessarily think you need to get the 1.5 hour facial, 1 hour would have been plenty. The only part I did not like, I felt very pressured to purchase their products and to book my next facial…. that I did not like or appreciate.

The spa is cozy and decorated with an Indonesian feel. The staff is warm, welcoming and attentive. It was great to have a few hours to myself, away from the distractions of daily life, where I could relax and fully enjoy the spa services.

This is one of the best cleansing facials I have ever had. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I’ve never had a more wonderful experience while having a pedicure done than at Hyde Away. My mother and I were both floored by the luxurious decor, the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and the top-notch customer service. The ladies who attended to us, Noreen and Ciony, were very friendly, incredibly courteous and accommodating in every way. My mother forgot to wear open-toed shoes that afternoon, so the lady who helped her, Noreen, even gave her the most ingenious pair of plastic flip-flops. Noreen and Ciony went above and beyond the level of customer service I had become used to receiving at regular nail salons while getting the same service done. My mother and I will most definitely be returning, and will be telling our friends and family about our amazing experience at Hyde Away Spa. Well Done!
