
To ensure a relaxing tranquility within our environment, we ask that all electronic equipment be turned off.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. In that time you are required to fill out a confidential, health history record. A robe, sandals and a chest drawer will be provided for your use.
Please note the Spa is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. Please check robe pockets and chest drawers to ensure you have all your personal belongs. Alternatively, we advise you not to bring in any precious belongs into the spa.
Should you arrive late, in consideration of our next guest, your treatment still must end as scheduled and full charges will apply.
In consideration of others 24 Hr notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Last minute cancellations will be charged in full.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Gratuity and applicable taxes are not included. 15% to 20% gratuity is standard.
Advanced reservations are required for all Spa Packages/Parties, 50% deposits will be necessary
Massage receipts for insurance purposes are available only and when it is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and is not redeemed with Gift Certificate.
